Hi, I'm Hans-Jakob

I help businesses transform how they operate by building AI into the core of their workflows—not layering it on top of broken processes.

My background is in UI/UX design: making technology work for people. That shapes everything at Hanlon. AI systems should feel natural and make jobs easier, not add another tool to learn.

I started Hanlon because too many companies treat AI as a buzzword or a quick automation fix. The real opportunity is redesigning how work gets done when AI is a core capability. That needs someone who understands both the tech and the people using it.
